Animal Control
About Animal Control
Animal Control is not a department unto itself but actually falls under the Waynesboro Police Department. Animal Control is charged with enforcing the Animal Control Ordinance for the City of Waynesboro.

It is Animal Control's desire to work closely with Old Fella to find homes for all adoptable stray animals.

Donate to Animal Control
Animal Control accepts donations of the following items to be used at the city's pound to care for the animals:
  • Bleach
  • Dog and/or puppy food
  • Old towels
  • Toys
  • Treats

If you would like to donate any of the above items or set-up a time to see any of the animals for possible adoption, call Animal Control Officer Angela Rystrom at (706) 360-2342.
