Starting Monday, September 15th, the parking lot located behind City Hall on Shadrack Street will undergo construction. The lot will be completely closed throughout the week. It should be back open on Monday, September 22nd. There is additional parking along Liberty Street or in the lot across from ours on Shadrack Street.
